doing ok today...not great, but not bad either...i feel good with my eating today which is a nice feeling. i really tend to get obsessive about what goes into my mouth and get real bad guilt feelings. So i'm happy when i can eat reasonably and not feel bad. I am not trying to lose more, just don't want to really gain either. Not that i'm that old, but *sigh* i remember when i could just live life day by day and not worry about weight...Oh well, i'm doing good, sticking with it and all is well :)

I have days when I feel like this too. You're doing a great job! I think it's hard to take care of yourself w/o guilt feelings, especially if you spend a good part of your time taking care of other people (kids, etc.) You've made great progress, though, you should be able to feel proud of your success.

I think it's a good thing to "think" about what we eat. I think that is a lot of the reason I am where I am... I didn't "think" about it, and I should have. Turn it into a positive statement about how good it is that you are aware of what is good for your body and what will fuel your body the best. :) Keep up the good work!
