WOW, I am impressed with my new WOE, and my progress in choosing foods to eat, that is low carb, and high protein, high fat. I am getting better at that, Thank God, so I am feeling so much more confidant in my choices of foods, and what I choose to eat, either at home, or even in a restaurant. I learn so much here, and I try hard to put it to good use. I have a weigh-in tomorrow. Hope I see a difference in my scales, but even if I don't, that is OK. For I know by the way I feel in my clothes that I am losing at least inches. Inches I will take!!!!
