Focused on 4 hour window for eating, eggs and a tex Mex place, but just had grilled meat. Introduced MCT and Bone Broth to my diet... Recommend NOT to drink bone broth at night, had diarrhea at 1am... Guess it clears up the intestinal track :)... Feeling good, no headaches, no dizziness... Awesome. I still fight hunger pangs but will try to make Fat Bombs to help curb my hunger. Also home kit blood pressure machine average 140/90....way better than before....

Finding out what works has some unpleasant surprises, I'm finding. This morning could barely finish coffee I'd put MCT oil in. Congrats on BP progress! :-)

it takes a little getting use to add oil to a coffee... I got use to it...
one teaspoon of butter and a teaspoon of MCT with stevia...
I am feeling good about it... but when I started, it was just coffee and butter for a week, and then I added MCT...
