The last week has been balls-to-the-walls and today will be the peak. Hopefully after today will slow down to normal busy. The last 2 days spent 6 consecutive hours (each) on or preparing for training conference calls. Feeling especially grateful that I was facilitating, not presenting. I do not feel qualified on this topic or to deal with the providers when they've had no prior feedback. Listening to the same training 10 times I'm understanding it all better but I still don't want to do this particular training. I will take notes and type up the documentation, thank you.

Today I have calls non-stop from 10-5:30. I have 2 calls that run over 2 other calls (so I'll join the others late). I have no more than 30 mins in between any 2 calls. And I wonder why I'm sleeping by 8pm lol.

It's 6am. Coffee #1 is in. Started printing my notes for the 2 calls I have to join late so I have some clue what I'm presenting on. I cooked up some yellow squash and onion, may go back for eggs, not sure yet. Definitely more coffee.

I'm not stressing the scale at this point. I keep forgetting to get on it before I have coffee or it's at a very early/very late time of day. Not going to screw with my head that way. I know the fluctuations. I'll keep an eye on it every few days and hopefully the number will keep going down in a meaningful way. Cause right now, the number down is ridiculous. BUT. I've gotten the habit of cooking and eating the right things going and now I need to be consistent. I actually went for a 10 minute walk last night to say that I left my house past the mailbox. I don't remember when I've done that last so that's a win for yesterday.
