well i faultered a little this morning. i had made some banana muffins last week with my daughter and i ate one for breakfast today. In my defense, i cut back on flour and add oats...use splenda and unsweetened apple sauce in the recipe ;) of course, then i do add chocolate chips...*sigh oh well, the rest of the day i shall try hard, one little slip up doesn't make me give up like it used too :)

one slip up is no big deal...just get back on the horse and stay true to the plan

Try not to eat much carbohydrate the rest of the day, and pay attention to see if you get any crazy cravings. You can repair the damage in just one day and keep from gaining if you are careful and attentive!
