I have started my regiment in full force. I work out with a buddy m-f at 5am and do a mixture of free weights and cardio. In the last 2 weeks she is seeing results and I feel stronger. The other day she paid me the greatest compliment and that was that what i was doing was letting her see the results. She asked that I plan all our workouts. Talk about a compliment.
I started a meal plan (PureFoods) and use an activity monitor. So far I love the monitor. The food delivery starts this week (today). So, I can't complain. I have what I need in reach. Now i just have to stick to it.
