A little poetry (popped into my head, had to jot it down):
Reasons explain me
Excuses, behind me!
My scale does speak truth
But do not remind me!
I pull out the tape
I suck it all in
I check the mark twice
And breathe out again!
No matter the path
On my weekly walk
The food I still smell
And my stomach doth talk!
The spirit is willing
But the flesh is weak
The mind is strong
But the stomach (still) speaks!
