Went a little overboard with the natural peanut butter. Need to figure out what changes to make so that net carbs are 20 per day. Probably more low carb veggies.

Ughhh, I hear you on the PB...bad, bad, bad stuff! You have the right idea, make a plan & stick with it, easier said than done I know...I am in the same boat, frustrating isn't it! I just had a thought about going back to induction levels for myself, I would have to do some major plans for that to work!
