The scale moved, the scale moved! I dropped another pound. Even though I stayed the same for over a week, my weight loss is 6 pounds in 3 weeks. I am averaging 2 pounds a week which is just where I want to be. At this rate, in about 17 weeks I will reach my goal. How exciting it is to think that by August I will be right where I want to be, or darn close, if I just keep working my program, putting my faith in God to guide my path, and not giving up. :)
