Though I am focusing on rehabilitating my knee, I seem to be craving comfort foods as well. I feel rested, but "thick" around the middle. Ick!
I keep tracking the "healthy habits" I want, but have not made any real progress in sticking to those. Seems like I need to make a change.
New food log? Detailed meal plans? New diet plan? It seems to be a new diet plan that works best, usually with a fancy new tracking method. I wonder what the latest awesome diet book is.
I have Bob Greene's book, but I seem to be stuck on phase I. Time to change!
