maeday42's Journal, 17 August 2017

Well, I have to apologize for waking my husband this morning. I got dressed and starting walking down the stairs and my pants fell down. I looked down and started laughing and crying - quite the racket. Husband came out of the bedroom so fast, I couldn't believe it (he love me). Asked what's wrong, I told him, he called me nuts and went back to bed. :-) I've refused to buy new work cloths, I only have 24 days left before I retire and I'm just not going to do it! However, my Keto WOE has other ideas. YIPPIE!! Guess I'm going shopping this weekend.

that is funny and so exciting to have your clothes getting so big! I'd be the same way, much more fun to buy clothes for retirement than work. My problem is - buying larger clothes once retired. Trying to change that.

Well that's probably the best possible alarm clock, even if it did ring early. Happy shopping!

That is a very funny poignant story. What a great way to start retirement! I with you on NOT buying any new work clothes...but how about...some YOGA wear? Workout gear? Good pair of sneakers? LOL.

Outstanding - if it wasn't for suspenders, I'd be NSFW!

At least it happened too you while still in the privacy of your home. I had the same issue with a skirt I wore to work a couple of weeks ago while walking across the parking lot to my office. No where to hide my granny panties from all the delivery men, and other passersby as I had to drop all of the stuff I was carrying in order to pull it back on from the ground. Happy shopping. I'm still blessed with a good selection of smaller size clothes living in my closet. Problem is I'm not small enough to fit in most of them yet.

I've been 3X-4X all my life and tried SO MANY eating plans, I still think I'm dreaming! jeannieselby - oh my, I'm glad it happened at home, the kids here at work would have heart attacks!! Seeing me like that, would be like seeing their grandma's in undies. haha TMI, but those are a bit baggie on me too! LOL

LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one now whose walked out of her pants! Hah! LOL 😁I'd just check some resale stores for a few outfits for the next 24 days if you don't want to spend a great deal. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just buy a belt for work and spend the rest of your clothes budget on "play clothes"!
