Will have a weigh-in Sat morning and I already know it won't be pretty. Weight up then down, up then down again. Very frustrating. Now potassium levels too high. I had no idea the lchf foods I've been eating contain high amounts of potassium...not good for my chf and afib issues. I now have to rethink my current lchf diet. Thanks for listening to me whine....
