Well I got off my butt and went running for the first time in over 2 years. Not far, and not fast but I did it...twice so far this week. Per GPS Tues. night I went 1.4 miles Thurs morning went 1.42, and at a little bit faster pace. I was surprised I didn't need to stop or walk at all. My thighs are sure sore, but it is a good sore ;) I also did 12 push ups at work today (in my office) using the perfect pushup handles. I am in the game now.
