A good day exercise wise. Did a twenty minute walk mid morning after fetching my granddaughter from Taunton first thing. That's 2500 steps. Lunchtime swim of 50 lengths today so a bit more than the usual 1/2 mile. Have decided to try the 16/8 method to try to shift the last 7lb as well as keeping the calories under my allotted 1500.
