Perused some other members' entries today. Amazed at the level of over-think. Doesn't matter what you eat, guys. Just eat under your RDI, do cardio, and be patient.

You don't need to count your macros.
You don't need to eat special snowflake carbs.
You don't need to fast.
You don't need to go "keto" or whatever.

Just eat under your RDI, do cardio, and be patient. And turn off your brain.
