OK back from the cruise! Had a fabulous time, but did gain a few pounds. I did try & eat somewhat healthy, but it's difficult when there is food available 24/7!
Thankfully, I worked out every other day and the other days did a lot of walking.
I can see that I have to watch what I put in my mouth or pay the consequences.
Hopefully, next weigh-in will be better!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
