I have incorporated Intermittent fasting into my Keto way during my stall a couple of weeks ago. I do 18/6. I eat between 1pm and 7pm. That works for me. Have had "Whossh" loses ever since Dr Berg has a YouTube interview on it if you have any questions about it.

@ehead...I am inspired by you...wow with the fasting eh? @ karen- That might be my next level. Maybe for maintenance . With my household- it would mean one meal? Doable!

i eat at 330 pm 530 pm and 730 pm . then nothing till next day. I do have coffe , water and tea up till 330 pm, i dont have a famiy I am 67 years old so its just me. So i can be self centered. lol.

Ok, that's what 18/6 means. You fast 18 hrs and eat between the 6 hr period. Gotcha. Slowly, I'll pick up pieces of the keto life. Thanks for sharing.

I just heard of intermittent fasting a few days and I find it really fascinating. I'm on the low side - 12 hours. I would eat from 6:30ish AM to 6:00 pm. It's much easier to fast during sleep, that's for sure
