Ugh, when eating all your points, you can't have a low day.

My thought for the day. It's snowing, and I hate it, but maybe I can get in some exercise shoveling. This morning I didn't feel like getting up and going. It took me too long to get out of bed, which meant rushing around like a crazy person.

I'm staying within my points, which is good, I kind of miss my Low or Very Low days. Coffee and splenda are a thing of the past I assume. Not getting on the scale is making me anxious, but clothes still fit, so I assume I haven't gained 10 lbs or anything. Not knowing is kind of scary. But I shall overcome.

My posts, if not complaining about the scale are pretty boring. The snow, well is boring to, and I'm tired today. I think I need to get some exercise in, that'll boost my energy, I hope.

Alli, I'm sure you've already heard this but I think you should Google the Wendie Plan. You can stay within your points but alternate between one REALLY high day, and days where you are low and days where you are a wee bit higher. That might help. It should really shake up your metabolism and get the scale going in the right direction.

Yeah, this snow is disgusting. Its nothing but white diarrhea if you ask me! LOL I think its sometimes helpful to stay away from the scale. Infact, I think I may try it starting next week. Having said that, if its having a negative impact on you - don't do it! Do what you NEED to do to be happy and healthy! Have a good one!!

OMG - I was driving my girls to my inlaws this morning, and we have to go NEAR Surf Taco, and my 5 year old starts yelling that she wants to go there!! I was like, Dude - its 8.30 in the morning!!!! Kids!!

you're not boring, alli! and i like that ur eating all ur points! guess what, i've been doing the same and am definitely noticing a difference! we don't want our bodies going into starvation mode. enjoy the shoveling exercise! i'm not doing it! lol
