Last week I went to my family. Staying carb free there proved to be a challenge I just could not handle and once I broke the seal, all hell broke loose. I over eat every day I stayed there, and I eat the worst in the worst at that...
Now I'm back home. I will try to reset my body with a fast. It has been 16 hours now and I do feel the hunger pretty strong. This will be my first fasting without being in a keto stat and I wonder how much harder it will be. I won't tourtre myself, so if the craving for food will become stronger still, I'll break the fast and restart it in a day or two and see how I feel about it.
I try to fight the hunder (or craving) by drinking soda water. If you're asking how well it helps, I'll just say, I pee allot :)
