Good Morning Guys!
I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing great! I am back on track and it's a great feeling. I just need to get on top of my exercise. Read Lori's post about exercising in the morning, it really gives you some good reasons to pull yourself out of bed just a 1/2 hour early. I am going to give it an honest try. HAVE A GREAT DAY GUYS!

Good Luck on the exercise girl. I find that when I get my workout done in the A.M. ... I feel so much better, it's outta the way... I feel like I've done something (which makes me wanna stay on the program) and I know it's finished and I can shower and get on w/ my day. I'm pretty lazy in the evenings girl.. I like to lounge on the couch and sip on hot coffee or tea and catch a good movie! Plus, I never knew I was a "morning" person until I started getting up and putting on my workout gear and hopping on the treadmill. Another tip: Even if you workout in the comfort of your own home.. don't be afraid to dress for the part!! By the time I put on my little shorts, tank and tennis shoes... I am ready to go! I also use a sweat belt for the first 2-3 miles.. it really helps that tummy to get sweaty!! You can buy them at Wal-Mart for about $6!
