Good Luck on the exercise girl. I find that when I get my workout done in the A.M. ... I feel so much better, it's outta the way... I feel like I've done something (which makes me wanna stay on the program) and I know it's finished and I can shower and get on w/ my day. I'm pretty lazy in the evenings girl.. I like to lounge on the couch and sip on hot coffee or tea and catch a good movie! Plus, I never knew I was a "morning" person until I started getting up and putting on my workout gear and hopping on the treadmill. Another tip: Even if you workout in the comfort of your own home.. don't be afraid to dress for the part!! By the time I put on my little shorts, tank and tennis shoes... I am ready to go! I also use a sweat belt for the first 2-3 miles.. it really helps that tummy to get sweaty!! You can buy them at Wal-Mart for about $6!
