Felt kinda of hungry after lunch - need to build in more protein to get that full feeling. I'll have a bigger breakfast and lunch tomorrow and see if this helps. Day off work to watch Olympics, so basically sat all day long and had a 2 hour nap. Not a lot of exercising or housework going on right now.
