Okay so today is Tuesday and you know yesturday I didnt start the diet like I said I would...this is my downfall....I need MOTIVATION...feel free to help me in anyway. Now today I woke up and decided that you know what I am the only one that can change this so I went for a 20 minute walk and I brought propel to work to drink instead of pop. I know it is not a huge start but its a start. And my hardest thing is breakfast I am terrible at it. I think I am going to drink slimfast or something unless someone has some suggestions for fast breakfast.....
