Been Mia. Still back on track though. Spent 5 days at my friends house who had Jaw surgery. Nothing lost, nothing really gained. So at least I've nipped the gaining in the butt. lol. Since I'm back home I need to start logging food again and put my laptop back in the kitchen. Works as a good reminder to check what I've logged and to keep logging. Still can't find my food scale, so it looks like I'll be getting a new one...possibly today. So much easier to keep track with I can just pop it on the scale. More precise as well. Going out of the house later to get my Sunday paper (started couponing in december) and to walmart for a food scale, and some fresh fruit. Wish I would have had time to stop at the produce place just up the road yesterday. aw well. Might try to work a walk in today, but the weather looks very dark and cloudy, probably will rain again. -_- Starting to get sick of the rain. Though yesterday was rather pleasant. I hope everyone is doing well, and thank you for taking the time to read my journal. -J.
