Got back to the gym today. Put my 90 minutes in. Last chance workout tomorrow.

Now I have to work my butt off cleaning the house and packing

OK,

Like many obese people, I am not fond of having my picture taken. Here was one of me leading a Pampered Chef meeting. I am the purple blob. This was my before. I will leave it up for 1 day.

Still crossing my fingers and hoping you achieve your goal - if not in a few days - then next week! You have done such a fantastic job on this journey - you should be extremely proud of your success. Can't wait to see your after......the suspense is like having to go to commercial on the Biggest Loser and having to wait to see the results! We can see the dedication on your weight history graph!
