Decided to have a snack kind of day yesterday and only do minimally recording of the food I ate. Still recorded everything (now that I'm in the habit of doing so, its hard to break); Thought I way over did it but was still below maintenance. I still managed to work out yesterday so I'm feeling good. However time to get back on track and work toward my goal weight. Have a great day everyone/
