Welcome.. ya know.. I read your bio and I KNOW what you are talking about being an emotional eater b/c I have always struggled w/ that!! To this day I struggle w/ that BUT I will tell you that you are gonna have to just literally talk yourself through those moments and tell yourself, "NO! I won't do that!!" It's gonna to really be hard the first week or so but I promise you if you will do this... it will become so much easier in the long run to turn your nose up to all the carb & sugar filled things that we seem to turn to for comfort. You have to completely give those up b/c they aren't just food for us, they have become a "drug" and since we've abused these foods.. they have to be completely eliminated. I'm here for as long as you need. Congrats on making the first step toward what will be a wonderful move in the right direction! I send you best wishes, hope, determination & will power!! =D
