I am so proud of myself so far this week. I did fantastic yesterday and drank more water than I even needed. I walked 3 times this week too so far. I am finding that sticking to only a few choices for meals helps me and I plan ahead so that works too. The only thing is I am only down 1lb. I think that is because I drank to much last weekend and it threw me off. So we have a crawfish boil this Saturday so I have to watch what I eat and I am only having 2 drinks max. After that, no alcholo for 2 weeks.
