Feel a little bloated today... ate too much gravy and mashed potatoes last night, but not enough to make me sick. Had enough energy even after 6pm to clean kitchen, wash bedding, wash dog, and wash self. Nothing like clean sheets after a bath.
Listening to relaxing massage therapy music on spotify right now while working. Feels good. So zoned out I can't even write complete sentences.
