I had a 2 bites of sausage/macCheese. Can't even estimate the cals.....50? 70? Certainly not more than a hundred. This is why I come in under my limit every day; so if something like this happens, there's no damage. I will not feel guilty about it. I've now lost 132 pounds.

No matter. I'm being a good girl and sticking to the plan.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
