I skipped breakfast, ate a salad for lunch...and it went downhill after that. My boss bought us Blizzards and I picked up pizza for dinner. I refuse to be lazy about what I eat anymore and slip into the bad habits that got me here. I didn't make great choices yesterday but today, I can. Every day that we wake up and have breath is a new opportunity. Let's do it!
