Monday, 7/31/17 Steps = 16,847
As of today, my official weigh-in day is going to be Tuesday instead of Wednesday each week. So I'm going to record a weight today, but it might mess up my challenge that needs a weigh-in once a week on Wednesday.
I'm happy with the loss this week, especially because it's only 6 days and I had a big drop last week. This loss was a milestone in that I have reached 55 lbs. lost. My next milestone is getting below 140 lbs!
