Today's workout, which I hope to add more in the day.
Bike: 15-16 mph, 8 resistance, 15 min, 3.8 miles
Weighted hula hoop: 15 min
Weights: 15 min
Walk away the pounds: 45 min, 3 mile with weighed belt
Shadow boxing: 30 min


Thinking about doing body rock but at the moment I am cramping so I think I will hold off on that for a bit and see if it goes away. I looked at the workout today and it looks like a hard one so I would like to try it.
I did not get in as much as I would have liked yesterday. I was going to do the biking while watching tv last night but after I finished the rower I started to feel sick and I was worn out.
I will try again tonight.

I know the feeling sometimes you feel like you can't continue but today is another day :) You can do it!! hey, how much do you like the hulahoop? It sounds like so much fun, I do the imaginery hulahoop on my wii and totally feel my abs workings, i can't imagine with a weighted one! I'm going to have to try it! :)

It works really well, I have a 2 1/2 and a 10 pound hoop. At first your waist is really sore not just from working out but it can bruise you a little too. I love it though.
