Down 2 pounds from the weekend, where I managed to gain 4 since last Wednesday. I must get down at least 2 more to weigh in at the same weight, or less, by Wednesday evening. The Biggest Loser weigh-ins are on Wednesday nights, and I have 4 weeks left to pull out of 2nd place and win. A $450 prize is a huge motivation, but I also have a swimsuit in my drawer that I bought 2 sizes too small in January that I plan to wear on the beach this summer. While my 12 week goal was to win The Biggest Loser with my friends, my ultimate goal is to be happy with my body and start making the changes I need to get there.

If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten. Time for a change is NOW.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
