Feeling really good today. Yesterday, ran 5 miles in about 1.15 hrs. Could do better, will try for 1 hr next time. Today, will do Tracy Anderson or maybe Shawn T. Following the The BellyFat cure Program. So far, 15 grams of sugar and 120 grams of carbs is the norm. Hopefully this will really jump start my weight loss. Even though I only have 8-10 pounds to lose, it's really tough. I keep losing and gaining the same 2 pounds.
Been easy to keep my sugar and carb grams down. Let's hope I stick to the plan at least one week!
