Hi, April, I'm really excited but going to wait a few days to see how stable this weight is first. I'm still experimenting. Just received my Ketone test strips yesterday and the result said moderate. My son told me it was a waste of money because it's highly inaccurate. Anyhow, I feel ok since I started my own unofficial 2-day fast challenge. I'm in my 36th hr now. Today's going to be a busy day for me even after work which is great. It will keep my mind off thinking about what am I going to eat later. 😁
