Despite that i have good deficits, I still have gained 0.8 pounds for the last 2 days. Did go to the bathroom this morning; hope that will help me lose. Still having a lot of gas due to poor fat digestion. Hoping that will improve within a month and I will be able to get back on track. We will see what my temperature and pulse are when I get my period next month. Because I have not met my goals, I have not earned a reward.

I see Dr. Moll on the 16th. I am taking both my recent labs with me to see what he has to say about it. I am getting new labs in 7-10 days and will print those as well for him.

Would like to know how to help the poor fat digestion heal. I seem to burp a lot lately, even when I am not eating fat. My hemorrhoids bleed suddenly, too. I won't go for 3 days sometimes, but I know that is the very bottom of the normal range; any less often and it will be considered constipation.
