I ATE A LOT OF BAD FOODS OVER THE WEEKEND. I WENT OVER DAILY FAT GRAMS AND CALORIES ON BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. I HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO GET ON THE SCALE BECAUSE I THINK I MAY HAVE GAINED PART OF THE THREE POUNDS I LOST BACK... WE'LL SEE WHEN I WEIGH IN ON FRIDAY.. I'M BACK ON TRACK NOW.
