I actually avoided my weigh in this past Saturday morning because I didnt do a great deal of exercise and being that it was a lazy week I also had a hard time writing down what I ate in my journal.
I got on the scale this morning to see the damage and I still ended up losing 1.5 pounds. I suppose after keeping my diary for almost 2 months I have officially changed my eating habits and didnt do that badly after all!
What a relief.
