I'm no longer obsese according to the BMI scale! I was concerned that I wouldn't lose weight because I had a weak moment with my husband's bag of Doritos that he left in the pantry despite my insistance that he take it to work. I stopped as I read the ingredients list while I was still chewing on it, I was a little disappointed in myself because I know better. I also ate out a couple of times this weekend... Salmon griller at Outback on Friday night, but I took home most of the salmon and rice after filling up on vegetables, but the bread is hard to resist when it's the first thing placed on the table. Last night I shared a salad with a friend along with a pita and artichoke dip appetizer, and drank a 2 beers (if you read my food journal "today", it's actually what I ate yesterday). I suppose the important thing is to not sweat the small stuff as long as you eat right the majority of the time, or 90% is how Dr. Fuhrman says it, my bodybuilder friends say 80% of the time.
