Saturday started out well. I stayed home all day, which is very rare.
I explored fat secret and learned a lot. The funny thing is, only one of my 6 post's were 'approved'. I am not sure how to get involved in any of the discussions if none of my questions/comments are posted.
Maybe this is a waste of time. I'll give it another few days. I do see value in keeping track of my food, but my time is valuable. Spending all this time online for nothing is not what I should be doing.
