WEIGH IN!! Ok so i didnt meet my 4lbs target, but i lost 3lbs, not bad for a tough week! Its been a challenging week and I know this week coming will be just as hard, as I have my exam next monday! So I aim again for 4lbs this week! (I my have a mid week weigh-in as well as on monday). But after my exams its all systems go and the bar will be set higher to 6lbs a week! But for now....slow and steady :)

Good job! 3 lbs is already a lot. Are you sure you want to lose that fast? As long as you don't starve yourself... I'm sure you know what you're doing!

Is that loosing fast? My body responds very quickly to exercise. I used to do alot of sport at a competitive level until i was about 17, I stopped and the weight came piling on!
Cutting my intake to about 1300 max per day, I dont get hungry if i keep busy! Gym four to five times a week. I just hope (and pray) I can keep it up! So far so good! Fatsecrect has been a GREAT source of support and help Im suprised how addictive this is!
