First fully measured lunch. Hopefully I won't be lazy and will continue to measure and take photos!

Measuring and weighing my portions works for me. I bought an inexpensive food scale and this method works for me.

Yeah the hardest part is understanding how much I actually eat. After that first measure I was surprised to see how much I was actually eating and had to reduce the amount on the plate.

I had to do the same measuring food show me how much I am eating.
