My appetite is back! Yay tacos!

I'm on team slow-carb vs no-carb, myself. My energy level drops way down if I cut carbs out completely.

Mmm, nice. Love your snacks too, wink, wink. Seriously though, logging beverages is really important to keep on top of true intake, nice job!!

Thanks, Steven! I try to log everything (I usually forget my coffee, but I take it black so no calories) in case I have a reaction to something. Being honest with yourself is really important, and I honestly love beer and whiskey, haha!

You are so funny SJ, and logging my liquids is very easy. I don't drink anything with any calories, sugar, etc. I seldom drink beer, or whiskey. I like both, but if I start drinking them, I just don't know when to stop, so I don't drink them. Tonight is Wing Night at a local bar, we are going. I just drink Unsweetened Ice tea, instead of Beer. I tend to get headaches with beer anymore, so that is really why I don't drink it anymore. Now the whiskey, now I love Fireball, and it is delicious in my Wyler's Peach Ice Tea drinks. No calories from the Tea and no sugar either. So, I don't drink it much either, don't mean I don't want to. I just work harder than ever on being in control over my eating.

Agreed SJ...no need to log zero calorie beverages.

Mission Carb Smart tortilla shells only has 3 carbs in each. I had a fish taco last night. So yummy. I keep my carbs under 30g a day. It was hard at first but now, it just happens. 😊 keep up the good work!

SL, beer actually gives me indigestion and heartburn, but when I'm at a new local brewery, I just can't help but show my support. I drink my whiskey neat, so that keeps my sugar consumption pretty low.
