My lovie, Mandy, gave me this tool to use today to track my food and exercise. Mandy believes I'm not eating enough food. The tool says i need to take in 3000 calories a day. So far, I have eaten 1455 calories and only have dinner an snack left. I feel like I have eaten a ton of food. This is an eye opener. I would like to get to a food and exercise program whereby I can maintain my ideal weight for my body. Thanks Mandy!
