Okay....my first weekend home alone since starting my new eating program....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I am going to have to really talk myself through this. Normally when my husband goes away for a weekend I get take out Chinese, and eat junk food. So this is a test of my internal will to make this work!!
