I didn't weigh in this week. I really should have but I totally forgot and I will just wait until Friday. I have had a really bad week at work and been so busy, I just have not followed anything. I have to get my motivation back alittle. I just hope not to gain anything that I have already lost during this holiday season. I will back in full force right after christmas but i am going to try the next couple of weeks.
