PICS, PICS, PICS! Okay all - per your request, here are some before and after pics. I don't have any of me at 210 lbs. I wasn't even going to do before and afters. But, I feel after this recent diagnosis with Transverse Myelitis and MS, it's important for this brain to see the body transform in a positive way. The journey continues, but it's nice to take a moment and enjoy the progress! :-) Wishing everyone a wonderful, Sunday!

Thank you, everyone! {{Big Hugs}}.
@Glen - My heart and sincerest blessings goes out to both you and your wife. Yes, disease knocks the wind out of one's sails for sure, but I'm learning if I just sit peacefully with the stillness for a moment, there's always another breeze just upon the horizon that will get ya where you need to go ;-)
@Lockhart - Thank you! And, yes it is a confidence builder. I often remind myself, regardless of the fact that I can't feel my legs and I'm using a walker at 43, I can still kick out 60 sit ups and 135 crunches, hit level 15 on the recumbent bike, and do 18 modified push ups. All things, this body did not have the capacity to do just 4 and 1/2 months ago when I actually had full use of my legs. And, I'm not stopping...the goal is to continue to work and develop what I have, make it as strong as it can possibly be, and let it help out the parts that need a little assistance...and just as essential - continue to move-my-body...no matter what :-)
