Really fell off the 1800 calorie wagon yesterday 😰. But today is a new day and I'm back in the saddle 👍🏻😉. Struggling with bronchitis, sinus and a really mean spider bite so I guess I used food to make me feel better 😢 taking my meds, treating my spider bite and drinking lots of water 👍🏻
