I'm happy to have finally reached my mini-goal (40% loss of my original weight), but I am a bit puzzled over the small loss. I have a few ideas, but I feel like I'm making excuses when I express them. Again, I reached my mini goal, which has been set since like May. It's taken awhile to lose 5 pounds. Staying the course, going to evaluate the choices I made this week, and hopefully on to better weeks in the future. 20 pounds left, y'all. 😮
