Just 1.8 miles walked with doggies today but came home and did some fun adventures on XBox.

We got a later start today because I needed to go retrieve a vest I left at the thrift store yesterday afternoon. One needs to go get those things ASAP or they're likely to get put out for sale!!!

Tomorrow morning I have a church commitment that's likely to take most of the morning, perhaps longer. The original task is a major mailout, requiring lots of people to do it in multiple stages, but then they asked if people could stay later and do another task....that one a more regular, doesn't-take-all-that-long kind of thing. I just need to remember to take a small snack along. They say they're providing some snacks because of the length of time, but that could be anything and probably not Atkins-friendly. Although I must say that the holiday brunch they had just before the holidays was almost completely Atkins-friendly!

Today, I'm down another pound....157....but I'm not logging it until tomorrow. I get all confused when I log a loss on the first of the month. When I look back and track my monthly weight, I always wonder if the loss recorded on the first goes with the trailing month or the future one. Just easier if I make no changes on the first.

These losses will not continue at this pace, but I'm gonna ride this sweet spot for as long as my body will let me.

There you go again Sandy with that JUST 1.8 miles. Any walk is a good walk :) My goal today was to get up early and start a new exercise regiment. Unfortunately didn't get to bed til 1 a.m. so needless to say that didn't happen.

Karen, you get a pass on today since you're tired. But I bet you got a fair amount of walking in, in and around the hospital last night. Hope that grandbaby can come home soon.

Yes, ride that sweet spot! Nice that you can mix up your exercise routine. That is too funny about the thrift shop - hope you can retrieve all your belongings.

Thanks Buffy and GG-Girl. One downside to this ride is that I'm really light-headed this afternoon! Sheesh! Downed some chicken broth in no time flat. Might have to add a bit more salt to dinner foods today. Other than that, feelin' fine! And....I did manage to retreive my vest before it got put out in stock!
